Is BlackOps really Monero only?
Yes. There is no Bitcoin option and no swap running behind the scenes. You fund with Monero and you spend Monero. It was built that way from the start and has never added a second coin.
What is the BlackOps address?
There is no single permanent one and nothing on clearnet. BlackOps runs several onion nodes that all lead to the same market. Copy a current one from the panel and confirm it against the login screen.
How do I know I am on the real market?
Compare the onion on the login page against your address bar. BlackOps prints it inside the anti-phishing captcha and again in the header. A clone cannot serve the correct address in both places while sending you elsewhere. If they do not match, close the tab.
Why not just accept Bitcoin too?
Because Bitcoin is a permanent public ledger and offering it hands buyers a way to be traced. Monero hides sender, receiver and amount by default. The single-coin rule removes the trap, not a feature you needed.
Will BlackOps ever ask for my recovery phrase?
No. A real login never asks you to type the recovery phrase. A page that does is phishing. Store the phrase on paper and never enter it into a website.
A node is slow or will not load. What now?
Almost always a Tor circuit or a short flood, not the market being gone. Request a new circuit and retry, or switch to another link in the panel. They all reach the same place.
Does this site take payments or hold my data?
No. It is a reference. It sells nothing, stores nothing about you, and is not the market. Its only job is to give you a verified link and an honest read on how the market works.
Words worth knowing
- Monero (XMR)
- A coin that hides sender, receiver and amount by default. The only coin BlackOps settles in.
- Ring signature
- The Monero mechanism that mixes your spend with decoys so no single input is provably yours.
- Stealth address
- A one-time address generated per Monero payment so the recipient address on the chain is never their real one.
- 2 of 3 multisig
- An escrow address that needs two of three keys to move funds. Buyer, vendor and market hold one each.
- Finalize-early
- Releasing payment before goods arrive. It hands the coin over and removes the dispute path. Avoid it on unproven vendors.
- Onion address
- A fifty-six character Tor address ending in .onion. Copy it, never type it, and verify it against the login screen.
- Recovery phrase
- The words that restore an account. Keep them on paper. No genuine login ever asks you to type them.
